Once more, above and beyond is the norm for Braeger!
We just received this email from one of our customers, and I think he says it all:
I just wanted to say thanks to a mechanic in your service department. Around 5:10pm on July 25th I was exiting the Lake Park Freeway in Cudahy as my battery died because my alternator had stopped working! I coasted to a stop just on Pennsylvania ave.Just amazing. But then again, it's just one more bit of proof that when we claim to give "the best customer service ever," we mean it.
Within 5 minutes, a mechanic from your Chevy dealership pulled over and asked what the problem was. I explained that I thought my alternator on my 199 Chevy Malibu had died and my battery just couldn't keep the car going. He turned his car around to face mine and then we hooked up the jumper cables. It took somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes to charge my battery up to the point where I could continue on home.
I just wanted to commend your mechanic for taking the time on a HOT afternoon to help a stranger with car problems. In all the talking we did I never thought to ask his name. I know he lives in Cudahy and at one time worked for Metropolitan Caddilac, I think he said he worked at Braeger for 4 or 5 years. Anyway I just wanted to say Thanks!
P.S. I replaced the alternator myself that night and the Malibu is working great. The Malibu is a great car, of course the Lumina my wife drive is good car too!
Thanks again.
Alan
