My favorite thing to hear!

I came into work this morning, and saw another of my favorite emails to receive: Compliments from one of our customers.

I want to share what Barbara had to say about her experience here:

It's a little late, but I wanted to say what outstanding service I received earlier this month from Chris Rhode. My Buick Rondezvous was having transmission trouble, and Chris went above and beyond to be sure it was covered under my extended warranty.
It took a little while to get it all done, but Chris was diligent in keeping me informed about the progress. I used to have my car serviced at Rank & Son, but now I will go out of my way to go to Braeger. Thanks!
